Step 01
We collect organic waste
We collect source-separated organic waste such as rejected fruit, vegetable offcuts, and wasted food from markets, food businesses, and local partners.
Play videoOur process
Each circle is a working stage in the BSFL loop. The line fills as you scroll, then turns sideways into the three output paths created by the process.
Step 01

Play videoStep 02
The organic waste is checked, cleaned where needed, then ground into a consistent feedstock so Black Soldier Fly larvae can consume it efficiently.
Play videoStep 03
Larvae are placed into rearing trays of prepared feedstock. They convert the waste into larval biomass and leave a nutrient-rich residue behind.
Play videoFrom the process
The residue left from BSFL feeding — larval excretion, leftover substrate, and shed skins — finishes into a soil-building organic fertilizer.
Play videoCome see it all in person. Book a farm visit and watch how food waste becomes fertilizer, feed, and the next generation of larvae.
