We were honoured to welcome four distinguished guests — YB Datuk Seri Arthur Joseph Kurup, YB Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Johari bin Abdul, YB Senator Datuk Dr. Hatta Ramli and YB Kapten (B) Dato' Dr. Zulkafperi Hj Hanapi — to Datuk Yap's fish farm for a day of sustainable aquaculture, Sabahan culture and warm hospitality.

It was a true honour to welcome four distinguished Yang Berhormat to Datuk Yap's fish farm — YB Datuk Seri Arthur Joseph Kurup, YB Tan Sri Dato' Dr. Johari bin Abdul, YB Senator Datuk Dr. Hatta Ramli and YB Kapten (B) Dato' Dr. Zulkafperi Hj Hanapi. Their visit was a meaningful moment for us, and an opportunity to share both our work and the heart of Sabahan hospitality.

During the visit, we walked our guests through our sustainable fish farming operation — from how we manage water quality and feed, to the practices that keep production healthy, traceable and responsible.

Beyond the farm tour, the day was filled with the spirit of Sabah. Our guests were welcomed with a traditional cultural performance — magunatip bamboo dance and sumpit (blowgun) demonstration — a small but heartfelt showcase of the Sabahan heritage that shapes our community. Seeing our guests join in and engage so warmly with our team and performers made the day truly special.
