Share on FacebookWe were delighted to host Mr. Rayn Liew, Director of De Green Farm, together with Miss Theressa, professional agronomist, for a site visit to explore our Black Soldier Fly operation and discuss future collaboration on organic fertiliser.
Thank you for visiting us! It was a real pleasure to welcome Mr. Rayn Liew, Director of De Green Farm, together with Miss Theressa, professional agronomist, to our Black Soldier Fly farm for a site visit and a closer look at our operation.
During the tour, we walked our guests through the full BSF rearing cycle — from eggs and young larvae right through to harvesting — and shared how our process converts agricultural and food waste into high-value products. The main focus of the visit was our organic fertiliser: how it is produced from BSF larvae digestion, what makes it different from conventional compost, and how it can support healthier soils and stronger crop yields on the farm.
We also exchanged ideas on future collaboration between De Green Farm and HiBSF — looking at how our organic fertiliser could fit into De Green Farm's growing operation, and how partnerships like this can help build a more circular, sustainable agricultural ecosystem.
A big thank you to Mr. Rayn Liew and Miss Theressa for making the trip and for the open, engaging discussion. Having an agronomist on the visit added a valuable technical perspective on how our BSF frass fertiliser can be applied in the field. We look forward to the next steps of working together!
