We are grateful for the support of Ms. Emma Lawaguey and Ms. Phua Chai Hua, two lady entrepreneurs growing avocados in Tenom, who have seen encouraging results since switching to our Black Soldier Fly organic fertilizer.

We are grateful for the support of Ms. Emma Lawaguey and Ms. Phua Chai Hua, two lady entrepreneurs who have been developing their avocado farm in Tenom for the past five years.

Encouraging results from BSF fertilizer

They recently started using our Black Soldier Fly (BSF) organic fertilizer, and the feedback so far has been encouraging. They have observed:

Healthy growth of new leaves
Less insect attack on the avocado trees
Encouraging overall tree development

They are looking forward to seeing their avocado trees start producing fruit next year.

During the visit, Mr. Asri shared his knowledge and experience in the production of Black Soldier Fly fertilizer, including how BSF can help transform organic materials into valuable nutrients for agriculture.

We also gave Ms. Emma the opportunity to experience feeding live BSF larvae to our free-range chickens, allowing her to see another practical application of BSF in an integrated farming system.

It was a meaningful exchange of knowledge and experience — from BSF fertilizer and sustainable crop production to the use of BSF as feed for free-range chickens.

We thank local entrepreneurs like Emma Lawaguey and Phua Chai Hua for their support, and wish them every success as they continue developing their avocado farm and exploring more sustainable farming practices in Tenom.
